baguette ltd produces and sells high quality, pre-baked blast frozen breads to the residents, tourist industry and institutional bodies of east africa. the company focuses on european style; baguettes, specialty breads and pastry made with high quality ingredients in different shapes and sizes (hereafter called bread). bread will be pre-baked and blast frozen allowing it to be kept in storage up to 6 months in a freezer. bast freezing technology allows the product to maintain its nutrients and freshness. when removed from the freezer a bake-off process of 8 to 10 minutes is required to have a fresh, warm and crispy end result. the bake-off process can occur in any type of oven.
