we are a group of companies based in the philippines engaged in business consultancy and management, realty and brokerage, events, seminars and trainings. we are composed of lawyers, accountants, tax practitioners, arbitrators, trust and estate planners, business process analysts, real estate brokers, financial advisers and professional training services providers. having observed that services on wealth and business management, estate planning, realty and brokerage, seminars and trainings in the philippines are fragmented, which often require a person, family, or business to approach different professionals, the founders created an effective team to address such complex and expensive process. the name “bahandi” is a visayan word which means “legacy”. the team believes that leaving a legacy requires intergenerational responsibility to harmoniously develop and sustain one’s wealth, business and estate.
