bailey-wright realty began in the 1970's as julie wright real estate. from her kids' playhouse, julie wright worked with clients buying and selling land, often with multiple generations within a given family. one of these families, the bailey family, had worked with julie many times in land matters, and when wayne bailey went to work with julie on development, the two decided to split the company into two sections: julie wright land company, and bailey-wright realty. we have been steadily growing over the last 20 years, building the firm into a very strong company which has survived the many changes and swings of the real estate industry.
