the social impact sector has the potential to fully eradicate persistent and critical social issues. however, the tendency toward incremental improvements is insufficient to lead to solutions. bold innovations are necessary to produce systems change. to address this gap and enable organisations to achieve their impact potential, i have set up a consultancy practice for influential leaders in the social benefit sector: trustees and chief executives of grant-making foundations and charities. my approach is multidisciplinary, drawing from a strong academic background in economics, psychology and social science research as well as significant practitioner experience as a social entrepreneur and charity chief executive. i combine solutions-focused analysis and expertise with a blended style of coaching and experience-sharing.
