baker industries is a contract manufacturing, fulfillment, and packaging partner for numerous area corporations. our workers are hard-to-employ adults whose lives are changed by having the opportunity to gain work skills and experience at one of our two warehouses. that's right, we are a social enterprise. baker does the work that most other manufacturing entities turn down, and we’re glad to do it: mailings, sorting, collating, shrink-wrapping, hand-work and various types of assembly. we have locations in malvern and philadelphia, where our work force specializes in contract manufacturing and mechanical assembly. we also provide temps to a variety of companies in the philadelphia area, which is part of the training and support that our program provides for our workers, who regularly exceed expectations. three quarters of the revenue generated by the manufacturing work we do supports this program and the rest is generated through donations from private sources. we don’t take any govern
