bakhtar ilam institute of higher education is a non-governmental and non-profit institution based on the provisions of the third program law of the islamic republic of iran and following a collective request from university professors and specialists of ilam province based on license number 3545/22 dated 1384/5/10 of the ministry of science, research and technology was established with the aim of increasing student capacity and improving the level of culture and knowledge of the people of the region and officially started its work in october 2014 with two fields of business management and accounting. admission of students in this institution, like universities all over the country, is through the country's education assessment organization, and it currently has 42 fields of study in associate, bachelor and master levels. according to the comprehensive ten-year plan, its organizational structure will move towards completion in line with the university structure in the form of four facul
