Balance Begins Inside Me

my nutrition practice is called, ‘balance begins inside me’ because health or rather one’s nutrition status is impacted by many different factors, and while we don’t really have control over certain external factors such as genetics, the environment, and one’s socioeconomic status; we do have control over our mental health and moods, how we eat and what we eat, how active we are, hormone health, and creating good support systems. if one adjusts these factors properly our bodies work efficiently and we feel good.
