balanced rewards is a specialist hr consultancy that provides advice to businesses across all sectors in the area of pay and reward. typical projects undertaken include: market pay reviews; salary benchmarking; advising businesses on appropriate pay levels and benefits packages (for all employees up to and including chief executives); pay and grading reviews that involve designing new grading structures (typically using job evaluation) and then creating new pay structures/systems; using job evaluation to determine the relative job size of roles to determine whether equality issues exist; equality audits to determine an organisation's exposure to equal pay claims and recommending appropriate solutions; and employee attitude/engagement surveys. some of our projects relate to the whole organisation whereas others focus on individual roles.
