Balkan Tender Watch

balkan tender watch is a regional anti-corruption coalition established in 2012. members of the coalition are open society foundation serbia, open society fund bosnia, and herzegovina, kosovo foundation for open society, network for affirmation of ngo sector - mans (montenegro), and center for civil communications - ccc (north macedonia). ever since 2012, with the support of the european union, we are increasing western balkan's (wb) civil society impact on anti-corruption policies and practices during the public procurement (pp) cycle. balkan tender watch coalition strongly believes that the eu integration process has to be used as a strong transformative framework for the wb countries. we also believe that reforms should go beyond the minimum acquis requirements and set a firm ground for the europeanisation of the countries in the wb region. since 2012 we have conducted numerous analyses of both legal and institutional frameworks that regulate public procurement in the wb countries.
