welcome to the ballarat & district trotting club. the ballarat & district trotting club is ideally positioned only a few minutes’ drive from ballarat’s main street. our club is a leisurely 90 minute drive from melbourne and our outstanding facilities are sure to impress. ballarat is enriched with history and offers an abundance of tourist and accommodation options. the ballarat & district trotting club’s main function room is ballarat’s largest and most versatile room. it has one of the biggest built in dance floors in ballarat, with the ability to cater for up to 440 people for a round table, sit down meal. the ballarat & district trotting club is your total entertainment venue offering a variety of function rooms, racing nights, fantastic dining packages and the flying horse bistro. the ballarat & district trotting club is your total entertainment venue. the club hosts 35 race days/nights per year including the petstock pacing cup.
