Balticchefs

we are professionals from different fields - food, photo, publishing, marketing, advertisement, and public relations, which combines well known world brands together to develop a project that has never been seen in the baltic states before. this is the cookbook which unites 90 well known chefs and 10 food bloggers from baltics to share their signature dishes within more than 200 recipes. this is where all the chefs are sharing their tips and tricks for cooking too. all the recipes are suitable to be made at home for professionals and food lovers alike. with this project we want to highlight all the chefs who participated and introduce the auditory with the baltic gastronomic culture and show our differences between estonia, latvia and lithuania.
