Balvano Studio

balvano is a small town in southern italy, with less than 2,000 inhabitants, located in the region of basilicata. it is the place from which come our parents and grandparents and their stories of post-war. they crossed the atlantic to land in uruguay, a small country of liberal customs and receptive to the arrival of immigrants. we grew up listening to the story of the situations that propelled them to choose new horizons. queremos mantener la esencia de muchas de estas tradiciones y aplicarlas en lo que nos gusta hacer. today we are children but also parents, so we work in honor of all the brave people who were once entrepreneurs and risked everything to start over on a continent unknown to them. that is why balvano studio was born, because among other things, we are interested in spreading the stories behind the projects that once were dreams. montevideo, december of 2015.
