bamgam (buy a meal, give a meal) is a social enterprise. at bamgam we see ourselves as a social capital market intermediary. we help non-profit organisations that support and nourish underprivileged children with sustainable funding solutions, by creating an interconnected movement of people, local cafés and restaurants, sharing an everyday experience in eating out. we do this by lowering the transaction costs associated with raising funds, via a cost-efficient means for food and hospitality retailers (and wholesalers) to donate a defined margin from a defined product. we give consumers who have 'giving fatigue' a way to contribute toward a good cause by aligning with their everyday routine. consumers simply choose a bamgam venue to make a difference. consumers can organise their community (friends, family, work mates) around a favourite cafe, restaurant or pub, by creating campaigns and aligning with a local non-profit. we support food and hospitality businesses as an information inte
