bamml (pty) ltd (‘bamml’) is a finance (accounting, tax, auditing) and human resources company whose aim is to provide support that will ensure proper accountability and planning of company resources and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. bamml is 100% black owned company with 50% black female ownership. a relatively new contender in the industry, bamml boasts greatly in the vast experience of its founding members lydia bam and mathew bam. lydia bam is a qualified ca with a post graduate diploma in tax from unisa. she has worked in various projects in accounting and auditing for more than 10 years. mathew bam, has over 16 years experience in management positions, managing the hr portfolios with vested experience in staff management issues. it is our vision and passion as a corporate to provide quality services for our clients and internal customers, while also growing future managers and leaders who will confidently, participate in all spheres of the business economy.
