Big 10 Banboree

the big ten banboree is the premiere networking gathering of african american alumni of the 14 member universities of the big ten. representing a total current student population of more than 500,000, the big ten schools collectively have more than 100,000 black alumni in almost every field of professional endeavor imaginable. many actively participate in black alumni networks affiliated with their alma maters. motivated by the enormity of the potential impact of collective and supportive action, the annual banboree is envisioned as a power networking conference for black professionals, corporate decision-makers, business owners, researchers, academics, community leaders, artists, policy-makers, athletes and supporters all having successfully navigated the unique experiences of black life on the campus of these 14 world class institutions.
