we are a group of women executives whose friendships were forged in the trenches of pepsico. we see that female leaders are getting small wins in empowerment today, but progress is slow. we must accelerate women in the pipeline for the c-suite, on boards, in government and in getting venture funding. we share our real-world stories and a candid range of perspectives that bring the statistics and academic teachings to life. we focus on the micro-moments that add up to culture. we want to open eyes and invite men into a win-win conversation that is focused on positive solutions. we are available for panel discussions / speaking engagements.
