bandofsisters (boss) vision is to help women be history in the making. a rapidly growing human platform of untapped diverse female talent and creativity. there is an abundance of community women, particularly mums, who drop out and career off ramp are unaccounted for in national employment statistics. untapped female talent in local communities that australia needs to harness, willing to contribute but needing local inclusive support to overcome barriers, personal and systemic. our aim is to expand opportunities for women between work and communities by providing easy access to each other, education and resources through a new and inclusive cause based approach to mentoring and collaboration; whilst deepening the connections into the communities in which they serve. boss does this by bringing together inclusive groups (or boss pods) of 5-10 diverse community and corporate women in a 6 week facilitated on line “she solvers mentoring program" to be confident, clear and connected an
