banducci associates architects, inc. (baa) is a design-oriented architectural firm with a reputation for excellence in a wide variety of project types. founded by david banducci, aia, in 1987, baa is headquartered in pleasanton, enabling us to effectively deliver projects throughout northern california. baa has a diverse client mix comprised of civic, residential, commercial, interior architecture and building renovation projects. we developed a solid history in the design of high technology workspaces, with clients such as xerox, 3m, mitsubishi, novell and fujitsu in the early 1990s. as the firm's reputation grew, our emphasis shiifted toward civic and community projects, including many building renovation projects in downtown san jose for the san jose redevelopment agency. among other civic work, were the successful completion of the fair swim center and the rose garden branch library projects, both for the city of san jose. recently, we have developed a special interest in the des
