bangladesh youth leadership center (bylc), the country's first leadership institute, exists to build connections among youth from diverse backgrounds, equip them with leadership skills, and enable them to have high impact in public, private, and civil sectors. all our efforts aim to strengthen prosperity, justice, and inclusiveness in societies worldwide. the signature program of bylc is the two-and-a-half-month long leadership course, building bridges through leadership training (bblt). this program, developed at harvard and mit, is designed for students aged between 17 and 22. besides the bblt program, bylc conducts month-long leadership programs for secondary school students, building bridges through leadership training junior (bblt j), and three-day long workshops on the art and practice of leadership (apl), for university students. bylc also conducts a four-day residential youth leadership bootcamp (ylb) and a three-day long youth leadership summit (yls). bylc has over 3,000 gradu
