our vision at banks island gold is to become a premier precious metals producer by capitalizing on rigorous evaluation techniques, operating skill and experience, to acquire undervalued properties and develop them into producing assets. our current project, the yellow giant gold property, located on banks island british columbia, has a current mineral resource of 115,000 tonnes grading 23 grams per tonne gold. multiple mineralized zones on the property are open at depth and strike, and recent vtem surveys confirm potential upside for the property. there is excellent exploration potential over the 12,000 hectare property, which has numerous gold showings and mineralized zones but relatively little exploration to date.
