bar giallo is a declaration of love towards all old italian bars positioned on crossroads, country roads, old villages. it is a love letters to old toys and gadgets that have been resting on shelves for years, the yellow colours that old things get with time and to bars that were the village living room and the only place where the locals got together. we took this to the next level and merged this old idea of small italian bar to the idea of a contemporary cocktail bar with a cutting edge menu and great service. all in the middle of the most beautiful italian nowhere. bar giallo is where you can eat, drink and be giallo!
