barah capital partners is a firm with a singular focus. we are working to acquire and operate one high-quality business. we are not investors trying to build a portfolio. we are operators looking for a single company, and our outlook is long term. this gives us broad latitude, which in turn provides meaningful advantages to the seller and his or her team. in contrast with many corporate and private equity buyers, our objective is to achieve a win-win arrangement with the seller. then we intend to join the community and continue to build the business. backed by a consortium of institutional investors and successful entrepreneurs, we are exploring a range of opportunities. we are focusing in particular upon three areas: education and training companies, business-to-business (b2b) service companies, and water reclamation service businesses. however, we are open to other ideas.
