i believe that to be at your best you must be resilient. i am inspired to train & coach using effective, simple strategies that will help people create the life they choose. when people are resilient their lives change. people relate easily to me, this allows for my clients and i to achieve the greatest results in the shortest time. no matter where i found myself in my career i always approached what i was doing as if it was my “own business”. i effectively managed and led an organization of more than $300m, the same skills are used in leading a "not for profit". the people who interact with me are energized and excited about the opportunities i am able to create. colleagues/customers know that if i commit they can count on me. being of service to others is a fundamental value for me. my experience working with people from the public and private sector has allowed me to do just that. my gift is to see the opportunities and potential in relationships, organizations and systems that are
