barclay’s fine custom jewellers is an independent retailer located in the beautiful village of oak bay. we offer an extensive range of luxury new and vintage jewelry and wristwatches as well as a number of local and well established designer collections including artcarved, max strauss, ross haynes, alison-kaufman and frederic duclos.. we understand that all our customers have a choice and in this day and age we compete not only with other high street retailers but also the internet. for this reason we ensure we always add value to our clients, for example we have invested in state of the art digitalised software to enable us to design and create unique custom jewellery on-site, we also have two goldsmiths and a third generation certified european watch specialist. over the years generations of families have become customers of barclay's and many have become friends, they appreciate the friendly, professional service they receive.
