bardak management services is currently a boutique management consulting firm that specialises in small to medium sized businesses. the principal of the company is presently in the final stages of completing a phd associated with research into the planning and control functions in small businesses. a prototype management control information system has been created and tested in five case studies. by about mid 2011, it is intended that the prototype software that so far has received favourable responses, will enter the commercialisation phase. at this point, a beta testing program will be launched with selected companies. progress and further information will be posted in due course on the company web site.
