breaking into melbourne’s hospitality scene decades ago, our group has built quite the reputation for owning and operating iconic restaurant/bars and function spaces. although it may seem as though we are a business focused on selling food and booze, what we really are in the business of is creating memorable experiences for our customers. barman & larder currently oversee left bank melbourne, metropolis events, flour child cocktail bar & pizzeria, q events and the valiant bar. early next year, we will be bringing italian-born concept, mercato centrale to australia!
