Barn Bites Sugar Free Horse Treats

barn bites was established in 2009 to supply a treat for horses on a starch and sugar restricted diet. most horse treats are made with ingredients with a high starch content and contain some form of sugar as a sweetener either molasses or fructose. both of these nutrients should be limited and/or eliminated from a horses diet. we have made a treat that is only 1.7% starch and 1% sugar, the lowest we have found of any treat on the market. barn bites are also extremely high in omega 3 fatty acids, which aid in healthy coats and skin. barn bites have such a high concentration of omega 3's that they can also be used as a coat supplement.
