barracuda wellsite management ltd (bwm) is a full-service project engineering and wellsite supervision company with experience in every major basin throughout canada, l48 and several areas across the world. bwm is comprised of three principle owners; darcy mckibbin is the president and ceo and brings over 30 years of completions operations and engineering experience. shawn tivadar is the coo, who has over 35 years of experience with drilling and completions operations that spans the globe. jeremy sadleir is the vp operations and has a combined 20 years of drilling and completions engineering and operations experience across north america. for bwm, safety is an uncompromising standard and it is at the core of our company. each team member has been trained in behavior based safety and lives by the ‘if you see it, you own it’ mentality. our company trr is zero and we take immense pride watching our people go home safely each and every day. bwm’s success originates from three diff
