barre intensity is a barre fitness technique and instructor training program. the method combines attributes of pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. we incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. this results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. our immersive two day or one day instructor trainings cover: - at leat one barre intensity master class - proper body alignment - the importance of music and beat matching - basic exercises with variations and modifications - overview of props - tips for smooth transitions and cueing techniques - tools to create unlimited class choreography outlines barre intensity instructor training has been approved for afaa ceu's, ace cec's, nasm ceu’s and acsm cec's. following our barre intensity instructor training program, trainees receive immediate access
