barre vida is a total body workout method open to women and men of all fitness levels and abilities. it is a low cardio and intense toning that works to elongate the muscles while burning fat. the fast twitch muscle burn out method, complimentary to all barre classes, utilizes small hand weights and other props to improve posture, give muscle definition, increase flexibility, and encourage weight loss. barre vida can be done with or without a ballet barre. each class is choreographed to a specific playlist to help motivate the pulse as it coincides with the beat of the music. barre vida targets the smaller muscles that often get lost in regular cardio or boot camp classes such as the oblique muscles, transverse abdominal, triceps, inner thighs, gluteus minimus and glutues medius. expect to have fun and leave sweaty! barre vida offers instructor training that certifies instructors to be able to teach barre vida classes and/or general barre classes at gyms, studios, office environments,
