Barrecore

barrecore is a ballet-based, yoga and pilates inspired workout that uses your own bodyweight as resistance. our classes are designed to work your entire body – creating longer, toned muscles, reducing body fat, strengthening and improving your posture and alignment. focusing on tiny isometrics movements and the integration of high-intensity, low-impact moves with static stretches, every major muscle group is given an effective workout to increase strength and flexibility whilst also creating lasting change in your body. barrecore is intelligent exercise. we pride ourselves on the quality of our classes and the expertise of our instructors. unlike most barre studios, our instructors undergo a vigorous selection process with 200+ hours of training. above all though, barrecore is about enjoying yourself in a friendly, buzzing environment where you'll be welcomed by name as soon as we get to know you.
