the mission of barriers against repeated cruelty (barc) is to aid in the eradication of brutal and vicious abuse perpetrated against animals. barc aids those animals in domestic violence situations and those abandoned and left to die in animal control facilities by networking with rescues to assist in saving lives. barriers against repeated cruelty…putting an end to abuse…one life at a time. we are 100% donation and volunteer based. all donations are tax-deductible.
