Bars Family Foundation

at the bars family foundation, our goal is make a lasting, positive impact in people's lives, and our communities. our mission is to champion and advance the cause of those stigmatized, ashamed, cast aside, and otherwise ignored because of mental illness so they can live happy, productive, and meaningful lives. specifically, we help drive the changes necessary to ensure that those affected by the stigma of mental illness have access to the resources and care they need, while educating the public that "mental illness" doesn't translate to "crazy". this we accomplish through organizing and energizing our communities to action through advocacy, service, and fundraising.
