bgl - barsan global logistics was founded as customs clearance company in 1982 with the name of "barsan gümrükleme"​. at the end of 1980’s, the company became the most powerful customs clearance company in turkey with the customers started working together and the quality service they provided. in 1989, bgl broke new ground by giving computerized declarations and founding independent customs clearance companies. in order to move forward and provide integrated logistic services, bgl started investing money on land, sea, air transportation and warehousing. in 1990, bgl constituted fleet which consists of 17 vehicles. in 1993, they broke new ground again and tracked their fleet by providing satellite track and tracing system. after opening the first warehouse in 1992, they commissioned warehouses in all important trade points of turkey in 1995. bgl continued to make the first move in the sector and became the first logistics company receiving iso 9001 quality management certificate. in th
