an old family from england, m. bartholomew's roots go back to the old world france (normandy) and the norman conquest of england in 1066. it has taken many years to identify which rare and vintage tobaccos should be blended to produce the bart's of london signature blend 'aged reserve'; the ultimate in rich flavor, beautiful wrapper and superior construction. due to the select tobaccos required, these cigars are only available in limited quantities. after harvesting a crop in africa's cameroon region the growers wait six years before planting on that same land again. the bart's of london aged reserve is an elegant, medium-bodied cigar, which is very rich in flavor. the aroma is wonderfully sweet and creamy with notes of earth, leather, oak and chestnuts. this is truly a cigar for connoisseurs and for special celebratory moments.
