barzh is a new venture by 4 emirati founders that have a passion for everything emirati and love food! they realized it’s about time that someone took the delicious flavors of the emirati cuisine and delivered it to the world. at barzh, we see ourselves as “a movement to globally introduce and preserve emirati-ness, through food” we are on a mission to introduce the world to emirati food and make it so popular that people want to have it all the time. being a social venture at heart, we've launched our first initiative on our website www.barzh.ae where we've created a virtual information center on emirati food, and a directory of the different outlets that serve it. we’re working on our 1st café next, and much more to come !
