בסיס להערכה הוקמה כדי לסייע לארגונים בתהליכי למידה וקבלת ההחלטות באמצעות ייעוץ, מחקר והערכה ובניית תהליכי אבחון ומיון. בסיס להערכה מאפשרת פיתוח כלים ותהליכים חדשים לצד שיפור ושכלול כלים קיימים. בסיס להערכה עוסקת במדידה והערכה בשני צירים: הערכת הפרט סדנאות והדרכות, מחקר, ייעוץ ופיתוח כלי מיון לאבחון והשמת הפרט בארגונים. הערכת תכניות ופרויקטים מחקרי שדה והערכת אפקטיביות של תכניות במגזר הפרטי, הציבורי והחברתי. בסיס להערכה הוקמה בשנת 2004 וכוללת צוות של 10 פסיכולוגים וסטודנטים לתארים מתקדמים לפסיכולוגיה. בראש החברה עומדת ד"ר ליאת בסיס, פסיכולוגית חברתית-תעסוקתית מומחית, מרצה באוניברסיטת בר אילן וחברה באגודה הישראלית לפסיכומטריקה. ליאת היא בעלת למעלה מ-15 שנות ניסיון בתחומי ההערכה והמדידה וביצעה וניהלה עשרות מחקרי הערכה בארגונים פרטיים, ציבוריים וחברתיים. בבסיס להערכה הערכים שלנו הם דיוק, הוגנות, יעילות, התלהבות ואדיבות והם מלווים את פועלנו מקטן ועד גדול. בפעולות הערכה אנו משקיעים בתכנון מטרות המחקר ומתודולוגיה תואמת, בפיתוח כלים שיאפשרו קבלת ממצאים מדויקים ומייצגים, באיסוף נתונים שיטתי בעז
