we're a company on a mission to eradicate chronic stress -- the #6 cause of death and the #1 cause of the top ten diseases in the country. it's also the cause of workplace burnout. and it's 100% curable. we don't need millions of dollars in scientific research to do it; we just need our breath, our brain, and our body. we've developed programming for companies that builds employee resiliency by helping employees change their relationship to stress. specifically, we teach teams how to shift out of chronic stress (sustained fight or flight mode) and into relaxation, rest and digest mode. we synthesize the science behind stress and the tools to relieve and reduce it (yoga, breathwork, meditation, and cognitive behavioral therapy) into digestable frameworks that anyone and any team can implement. we also offer one-on-one and group coaching as needed to help our clients implement the practices.
