Batch Nine Bakes

we are a small independent business based in london, run by two friends, susan and peter. ​ our shared love for quality food, great design and our decision to make a change in our careers led us into the kitchen, where we started to experiment with baking the perfect brownie to be enjoyed by everyone. ​ our aim is to bring you a collection of elegant plant based and gluten free brownies without compromising on great taste, and thanks to your incredible feedback we believe we've done just that! at batch nine, we want to consistently elevate existing flavours and bring you unique and seasonal varieties, ensuring our range is always fresh. ​ after hours of experimenting and nine batches later, we stumbled onto the perfect recipe ... in fact we were so confident in that ninth batch, we named our business after it. ​ every one of our brownies are handmade and individually decorated in our kitchen before being carefully packaged and sent straight to your door.
