bathhound fitness takes great pride in providing outstanding results in a range of training formats from surgical rehab to advanced sport training. our passion is making each individual happier and more successful in their individual area of need by providing expert training sessions and promoting the spread of knowledge in the fitness community. founder stephen donald, atc graduated from university of delaware in 2014 where he acquired an impressive skill set from anatomy to advanced exercise physiology. a formidable education coupled with 16+ years of wrestling experience (both coaching and competing) has led to the development of strategically aggressive programs and a mindset of practicality. bathound fitness focuses on a strong educational background as justification to all of our training modules. our motto “smarter, then stronger” resonates in each training session by focusing on proper technique and justification for each exercise.
