Baton Rouge Social Media Association

in march of 2010, visit baton rouge initiated a meeting of influential baton rouge bloggers to discuss the digital future of our city and how social media—blogs, twitter, facebook and others—played into that future. this group of social media professionals became the first unofficial members of the baton rouge social media club (brsocme). the brsocme group is recruiting members who want to help make baton rouge “the creative capital of the south.” we are looking for like-minded individuals who are already out in the social spaces establishing baton rouge as a technologically advanced and forward-thinking city. membership in brsocme is open to anyone who wishes to share ideas or advance their knowledge of social media and how it is used.
