battle for blindness is a non-profit organization that came into being to support the visually impaired. with a firm belief that it is an individual’s vision that takes a person places in life, battle for blindness aims to give wings to the lives of the visually impaired. as per one of the latest reports released by who, there are about 39 million blind people around the world. we at battle for blindness understand that every such person deserves to receive support and assistance, something that we wish to achieve 100% in the coming years. it is a matter of pride for us that our founding members and volunteers comprise of defense personnel and ex-servicemen all of whom are associated in an honorary capacity with us. we would like to bring to your attention that before the inception of battle for blindness, we have researched extensively and spoken to multiple visually impaired individuals solely to understand areas where they need help. it is through these interactions that we derived
