founded in 2013, batuta capital advisors is headquartered in new york. batuta's focus is on middle market and special situation opportunities in both the public and private markets; with an emphasis on new technologies. batuta specializes in turnarounds, bankruptcies, and companies with disruptive business opportunities across the capital structure. we invest in businesses that have sound fundamental value and look for companies that can generate cash flows, or have significant unencumbered asset value.​ at batuta, we follow our own proprietary due diligence process and invest our capital in each transaction. we also bring additional strategic equity capital from our investor network, to partner-up and add value to the businesses we invest in, and use our broad fixed-income network to complement our investments. target transactions range in size from $10 to $100 million of equity capital.
