bau construct are the traditional side of the company. we are a team that has worked on traditional contract delivery for many years. from six million-pound police station refurbishments to two hundred-thousand-pound shop fit outs for knight frank. we believe early preparation and risk identification is fundamental in delivering a successful traditional fit out or refurbishment project. we place high importance on frequent and effective communication with our project delivery team, supply chain, project managers and client, from receipt of tender, through to project completion.
