the bavarian pretzel factory is a european style wholesale and retail bakery and full service german restaurant. the bakery offers traditional german breads and pastries which are made fresh daily. all of our products are made by hand from scratch. some of our favorite pastries include the bienenstich, or bee sting cake, our apple strudel or the black forest torte. there are many more to choose from! we also have specialty breads such as our bauernbrot - the farmer's rye - and of course, traditional pretzels and rolls to name a few our breads can be found in many local restaurants and specialty stores as well as most harris teeter stores in the charleston area. the restaurant offers a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm. we also offer a wide variety of european deli meats and cheeses and many imported european goods such as chocolates, cooking spices and ingredients, jams, coffees and more. we also cater events of all sizes. furtherm
