bax property was formed from a passion for residential property. from our beginnings renovating our first house in durack on the outskirts of brisbane the journey began. armed with a ton of enthusiasm and a little skill the first project was started and thankfully profitable. many years later with some learning experiences along the way and many successfully completed projects we have developed our strategy. developing residential properties in inner city suburbs with good access to all services, basically suburbs that people wanted to move in to. we love finding great sites and then coming up with solutions to develop those sites. we look for sites that have potential for renovation, further development or a change of use. bax property currently operates in brisbane and adelaide.
