since the early 1990’s, darren casey has been a premier developer and real estate investor in san antonio. rather than continuing to outsource all construction management to a 3rd party general contractor, darren opened baxter contracting in 2012 for the benefit of having full control of construction operations. this enabled his development teams to achieve greater efficiencies in coordinating directly with a general contractor sharing the same goals and objective. since that time, baxter has constructed numerous multi-family apartment projects, office buildings, storage facilities and charter schools for its development companies. each of these projects contain best-in-class designs and craftsmanship within their marketspace.
