created with the support of the hong kong basketball association (hkba) and fiba, to represent greater china in east asia super league (easl) games, as well as travel to play top teams across the region and the world. the dragons are dedicated to being the top professional basketball team in the greater china region. the roster will be a combination of top free agents from hong kong sar, mainland china, macau sar and chinese taipei. the club will also have one asian import and two foreign import players, making up its dynamic roster. the club will be led by a robust coaching staff and will be managed by chinese basketball association (cba) finals gm, liu quansheng. in addition to competing in easl as greater china representatives, the franchise also plays top-level teams in neighboring leagues for more game experience. the philippine basketball association (pba) recognizes that easl is striving to elevate the level of basketball in the region and has expressed their support to add
