baylis io (formerly baylis solutions pty ltd) is a software development company based on the gold coast, australia. since our inception in 2013, we were primarily dedicated to the creation of ultimatecsr. ultimatecsr was a contact center management system that assisted in driving peak performance in contact centers through a range of business optimization and analytics tools. the application was used by over 50,000 users in over 100 contact centers throughout the world while it existed as a commercial product. in 2018, ultimatecsr was acquired by one of the world's leading contact center outsourcing companies, where it continues to run as an internal product. we are very proud to have seen our first product achieve this success. now it is time for us to start something new. we have an exciting application already in the works and look forward to sharing more detail about it in the months ahead.
