a youth service set up by the youth, for the youth to inspire, educate and support tomorrow's leaders. this is done so through a three-pronged strategy. 1) a professional mentoring scheme: where participants are paired up with a professional working in a similar field to one desired by the participant. they will then shadow and be given advice from their mentor. this project is currently under development with another organisation, fairbridge. 2) education: via workshops and academic tutoring. 3) community events: promoting community cohesion.
